As my RV was often a mobile guest room I built several adapters to run my fridge and AC at people's houses including one to split a 220v clothes dryer outlet into a 120vac one.
Do have 20A 120v, 30 A RV ,and 20A 240V outlets in my garage/workshop. Not hard if you know what you are doing and follow the NEC.
