I was afraid you would say that... but still here are some pics of the tire that came off the problematic side. The center treads of that tire are higher all the way around the tire. This was very noticeable to me as soon as I took off the tire the first time even before looking at the fender well and seeing the damage. Based on what you said above this pic probably does not help but...
