I agree with Shane. If you are having issues with sloshing, that skirt must be damaged or missing (maybe down inside the tank).

I went camping in the snow a couple weeks ago (will never do that again ). When we were leaving the campground, we had to run over several berms caused by the snow plow. I thought sure that we would have toilet contents all over the floor when we got home but there wasn't a drop. Our toilet was pretty full after 4-days too.
