newbie with the asking price n pictures
the asking price is 12,900
Inside the trailer the ceiling look good with no ripples or bubbles.
the walls look good but will go back and take a better look N pictures.
under looked clean 2 or 3 spots had a patch I will add a few pictures.(024-41-46-47)
one picture near the black bottom of a tank / pan more near the frame there is discoloring only there. pic's (039-42-43-45)
Plus another picture will show two holes 4" each one looks like its under the fridge and the other looks as a fan? Both have wire mesh covering it. Also an electric box? (019-21-29-30)
All your input so far are helpful.
I'm planning on taking a ladder for checking to see the roof. At that time I will check closer all the walls and floors and add more pictures if you can stand more.
