Thanks for the great input. This forum is the best I have found. I think the memory foam and/or egg crate is probaly the practical answer if we indeed find we want to enhance the OEM mattress. I just retired (tender age of 52) and we are currently researching all aspects of buying a trailmanor. This website is proving invaluable. Thanks again to all.
