Well if Wayne's are rated for 5,000 lbs, I strongly suspect mine are rated for far more than 1,000 lbs. This was quite a few years ago, when the stickers were still on the jacks, and I remember being comfortable for the weight capacity. I had up like that with both wheels off for maybe ~6 hours.
