I find something that works and then tend to stay with it. Are not many reviews that talk about performance in the rain when 50% worn.

Further size is a big variable in price, often more than difference between brands. Paid $786 out the door for four 245x70R17 Michelin LT2s (aka LTX M/S2). That includes about $34/tire installation/disposal/Florida tax so tires were $162 ea.

Can get a great deal on dealer take-offs but know exactly what you are getting and check the date codes. Remember they are considered used tires.
