I got the coupons and used them. I had a bit of a flail at Wally World - the cashier ladies didn't know what to do with them. Later I discovered they had charged one of the $40 to my credit card and not the government voucher. I had to go back to Wally World to resolve it, which took a while, and they eventually just gave me cash to get rid of me.
