I have a quick and likely dumb question about figuring the 'dry' weight of any TM. On the specs page of the TM website they list the approximate dry weight of my 2720sl as 2,865 pounds. Below that they list the approximate tongue weight of 392 pounds. I know that the tongue weight is equal to the downward pressure on the hitch ball. So does that mean the total approximate unloaded vehicle weight is (2,865 + 392) or 3,257 pounds? Or does tongue weight have nothing to do with the dry weight?
