Did you check the Liftco site? BTW, Liftco jacks appear with a number of different names, and I have not found a cross-reference.

TM has always used jacks with 5000 pound lift capacity. Previously they had (I think) 18 or 20 inch lift range - today they have 24-inch lift. Either one will do fine. You will have your choice of hook-crank style or hex-nut-crank style. Again, both are fine. As you have noted, any jack that matches the top attachment plate will do well for you.
