You should never put more than 100 lbs on the rear receiver on the TM. Three problems. First I believe TM says it is only rated at 100 lbs and is only meant to support a bike rack. Second, the TM is inherently anti-sway, because the center of gravity is closer to the tongue than on a normal travel trailer. With that much weight hanging off the back, you are liable to move that center of gravity and have sway problems. Last but not least, you may be overloading your trailer. The TM site says 2720 has a dry weight of about 2742 lbs plus a load capacity of about 1333 lbs. That means the total weight of the TM with everything including the generator needs to be less than 4075 lbs.
