Thanks, you guys were right-the hose had been pushed up and behind some hardware. Once I had the door apparatus off, I could untangle the hose and extend it out. It seems like a 90 degree fitting where the hose attaches to the faucet would help to reduce this tendency.
So, I untangled it and now it works ok. I have recaulked and it should work ok now, but I would like to change the hose_what kind do you recommend?
Also, I am considering widening the hole that The hose comes thru-Could that cause any problems?
