Two thoughts. 1. Go back and re-read post #16. The correct wheelbase for the Supercab (extended) and Super Crew (crew cab) is 145" not 141.1" Both cabs are built on the exact same frame. 2. Stop looking at "regular cab" dimensions. There's only one of those trucks, and it's in a museum somewhere. They used to be called "work trucks," but now even people who work out of a truck for their living don't want a regular cab.
