Only if you really want to. For a trailer like yours a 225x75R15 LRD (2530 lbs at 65 psi) is plenty and the larger the air volume (225x75) the better the ride unless the vehicle is designed for something else.

Now there is a ST235x80x16 if you feel you need them but why ? I'd be as concerned about side clearance (are 9.25" wide and 30.8" tall) as diameter.

Cantilever and super low profiles were designed for racing (as little movement as possible) and not ride. On some roads the 255x35R19s on my Crossie can rattle your teeth out and it is designed for them. Just my opinion.
