@MrGallegos, I think I get where you're coming from. You want the easiest method to add a power vent to the toilet without cutting new holes. If you try to add a hose through the bathroom fan vent, you would have to run the bathroom fan as well as the smaller vent fan to ensure you don't have toilet odors wafting back into the trailer. Even if you fed the hose past the fan to vent out the bottom, I doubt the odors would diffuse enough with fresh air.

if you are not practiced in yoga to be able to twist yourself around to plumb a vent to the drain vent line, you could probably drill a hole through side and add a small plastic grill to cover the hole. Going through the floor might be better if you can find room around the toilet because you want to be away from the windows with that lovely L'eau de toilette!
