There is a lot of space between "don't hurry" and four years. As with any so called "big decision" one should move prudently. Sorry to hear about your wife's health. I hope that works out for the better.
Keep monitoring the " for sale" section on this Forum as I would think as Spring arrives some current TM owners may use it to sell their TM.
