One of the things that has repeatedly going bad is the valve stems on trailers, including trailmanor. A simple check is to move the valve stem from side to side and see if it has cracking or checking on it. If it does, replace them.
I have have had 3 flats on my 3124KS because of bad valve stems. P.S. Don't forget the spare.
