Your best bet is to get on a computer and use the Forum's Search Tool on words like "dolly". There has been lots of discussion, including a number of different approaches for your issue. Most involve installing either gravel tracks, or blocks level with the ground. There are pictures of decorative square blocks with openings in them, and grass can come up through the openings to de-emphasize the tracks. This will keep the HOA happier.
