We also have Park-It 360 that we use as we have a tight alley behind our house and would not be able to maneuver into our space without it. We had a Trailer Dolly brand that I tried first that was hand cranked and had smaller wheels. It almost worked, but there is a slight incline from the alley into the parking space, and it wouldn't make it up that. I think Park-It makes larger wheels for the unit we have for use on softer ground and grass. We don't go nearly 100 feet, but it works like a charm for us.
