Are you asking about the wheel (the steel thing) or the tire (the rubber thing)? I can't think of any part of the wheel specs that is visible from outside the wheel. On mine, at least, the wheel specs - stamped into the steel - are visible only when the tire is removed.

If you are asking about the tire, I think they are labelled Goodyear Marathon, 225/75R14, max pressure 50 psi, max load 1825 pounds. There will also be a manufacturing date code, as well as a code for the manufacturer and specific manufacturing facility that produced the tire.
