The tanks can't move with the pins in and secured. That pic was from years ago on my 2004 2720SL. That trailer has since been cross country (with the new owner) a few times and absolutely no issue with the tanks. Remember, the ride on the tongue of the trailer is relatively smooth. The rear of the trailer, not so much.
