I really appreciate the feedback and will research that. A few more questions with your permission:
1) The Suburban tankless would fit in the "slot" or space where the old tank was? Would I need to order additional structural parts for a tankless to fit in for a 2004 tm?
2) Is there winterizing techniques needed for a tankless? Additional maintence concerns with a tankless?
