If you are are asking if they can make a new TM out of an old one, no. If you are asking can they make adjustments to existing parts, yes. Like if you would like to add roof air, yes but they may have to build a new top shell to hold the added weight. But you would still have to fill the whole where the side air is now. (maybe an out side BBQ grill would fit there?)
