I have a 2005 TM 2720. I was able to get my hands from the back of the fridge to where the radio is, but it really is not necessary.

To summarize:

1. Remove blank cover over the hole where the radio belongs.

2. Attach radio mounting frame to hole in the wall above fridge.

3. Pull wires out. Mine were long enough to attach to the radio while the radio was sitting on top of the counter.

4. Test radio to verify it works correctly.

5. Snap radio into place.

The reason I had my hands in from the back was to add additional speaker wires to feed some outdoor speakers. If it weren't for the outdoor speakers I would never have opened the rear vent.

More details are in some other thread.
