We took our first trip last month with our '99 2619 and pulled it with our '97
S-10 BLazer 4.3l V6, 4dr, 4x4. Normally get around 19, maybe 20 on a good day, on the highway. Pulling the camper through Ky, mountains of Tenn/N Ca., we netted an average of about 14. We did better down south when it got flat and we didn't have to use Ky's reformulated, ethanol gas. It didn't help either as the ignition coil was going out without our knowledge ( until we were 40 miles from home when it died). I stayed around 65-70 mph the whole way tached out at almost 3000 rpm's. Using OD would have been really nice, but that would have burnt up the tranny real quick.
