Question what are the specs on the rims?

I read here (I thought) some time ago of someone upgrading the rims to a higher psi rating.

I have a rim that is very out of balance, to the point the shop said I should replace it. I get a lot of vibration at the stove location.

So if I need to replace why not upgrade?

Any ideas or thoughts?
