Having come from the same camping "tree", ie; tent camping, pop up without bathroom, I suggest that the bathroom might be much more useful and desirable than you think now. Really, the ability to take a real shower and the nighttime convenience are some of the Trailmanor pluses that we thought would be just OK, but now we wouldn't want to be without. Just my DW's and my two cents worth!
