Cobb grill. It is an o.k. grill for steaks, etc. but a superior oven for roasting meats, chicken, etc. using only 6 or so briquettes. We dice potatoes, celery, bell pepper, onion, etc., seal the mixture in foil packs with a little olive oil and spices, and place them in the moat next to the fire chamber. There you have a complete meal without having the oven heat up the TM interior. (The veggie packets usually need to go in before the meat goes on as they take a little longer.) If you spray the bowl and dome with high temperature Pam it cleans up in a jiffy. You can cook on the picnic table - the exterior never gets too warm to move by hand. - camp2canoe
