We have a special ice cube maker that has a screw-on lid so you can make ice cubes on the go and the water won't spill out. We got it at Camping World (saw one today while we were there but can't seem to find one online).
I love our Aeropress coffee maker. It makes great coffee and cleanup is a snap.

I also have two six-section spice dispensers that take up very little room. They were originally filled with cake sprinkles but I took off the lids and use them for spices. They are like this:
