I have an older prodigy and had a problem which encouraged me to call the factory. I spoke with a gal there who knows her stuff and answered every question I had to the best of detail imaginable. I would encourage you to do the same, tech service is really good, she by the way told me exactly where to look for the loose wire, and it was loose. Oh--No charge either.
