We now own our third TM and have never experienced most of the problems mentioned in this thread. We now have a 2004 2720SL, and the one before it was a 1998 2619 and before the 1998 was a 1988 M20 and never had any delamination. Our biggest issue was in the 1988 and we had to get the wood inside the edge of the ceiling replaced when it rotted. They no longer put wood up there so it didn't make us nervous about buying the next one. Once we had a warrantee refrigerator repair and last summer the caulking around our skylight leaked. We noticed that there were many improvements made on the newer units that I believe were first mentioned in this website. I think TM does read it and consider the ideas of this great group. We love our units and have been camping in them every summer. Regards, smookie
