Be sure to allow plenty of time to have the seller go over opening and closing, and setting up the interior. Try it yourself. It should be easy to raise and lower the shells. I'm a 57 year old 5' tall woman and I set up and close down our 2720 by myself all the time.

We've never had water come in, even while setting up and taking down in the rain. It's one of the great things about a TM. I think you will find a 3023 to be leaps and bounds more comfortable than your previous trailer!
