I am driving over 12 hours to look at a 3023, it has the couch and 2 chairs style. The pictures all look great and the sales person assures me it is in terrific shape. (I adjust pictures with software for hobby and we all know the stories of used ? sales people). I am trading in a 16 foot bunk house camper so could not take advantage of some of the deals on here. I know to look and look for leaks, but with the type construction does the water make it into the interior?

If the stuff works, there is not much rust and I can open and close it what else should I be looking for. I know to ask them to have battery charged, frig on for at least 1/2 day along with hot water tank.

I leave in 4 days to get there by Tuesday and will not have internet with me (ughhttp://www.trailmanorowners.com/forum/images/smilies/eek.gif) but really would like some input as I am new to the TM, and already love the idea!
