Just a suggestion ... take it for what it is (or is not) worth. One of your first projects should be to convert the square wheel wells to round. If a tire loses a tread, the tread can't be thrown clear. Instead, it will be trapped in the rectangular well, and will burst up into the interior of the trailer, doing enormous damage.
But I bet you knew that ...
