Yes. After ensuring that there's water in the hot water heater, just flip the outside switch at the water heater to use 110 Voltage AC for hot water.
(Sounds like you know to ensure that water's in the tank first before flipping the outside switch....but it's easy to forget that step when setting up a new camper if you've never had one before.)
