I do! Who knows if they are any good though... Found a whole box of them in a used car at the dealership where I used to work. That was the first clue it was a retired police car. Apparently I don't have to have them here in NY, though.
What's really interesting in that article is the speed limits by state. I had no idea I was limited to 55mph when towing! But the AAA website says towing speed limit is the same as posted for regular cars. I need to do some more research on this.
