Should run fine on a 20A plug but AC may pop a 15A.
Does look like 6 bolt wheels (5k axle). Impression is that it has been stored outside so check rubber/tires very carefully.
Ask but plain water should not bother anything. When no dump is available I drain the toilet into kitty litter containers (small tote is on my list) but since there is one at the front of my house, I generally use that with a serpentine.
ps now an SD I might be interested.
