Hi Joe Mack, welcome to the TM Forum.
If you're having your new tires installed by the tire shop, be sure to have them inspect the brakes and check/grease the bearings. Depending on the age of your TM, it could be way past their last maintenance.
There is good info here on this forum, that takes you step by step on how to perform all the simple maintenance on a TM, as well as the checklist of items to have a reputable shop take care of for you.
