camp2canoe - have you ever cooked anything in that for a long period of time? I like to smoke pork shoulders for 8-12 hrs in my Weber charcoal grill, but using indirect heat -- the charcoal and hickory is not underneath the meat. Think that would be possible using the Cobb grill without scorching the meat?
