I had the same problem and had two solutions. A lift kit was the best fix. Along the way I also bought a Rapid Hitch which allows you to move the ball up and down. Prior to starting up the incline I just chocked the TM, took the weight off the hitch with the tongue jack, pulled the pin on the Rapid Hitch and lowered the ball as far as it would go; hence raising the rear of the TM. The advantage to the Rapid Hitch is I didn't have to disconnect from the TM and I could use the same receiver on another trailer I have. Obviously, it only works if you are not using a WD hitch.
