The 3023 model does not have a slide, the couch is part of the box and abuts up to the side of the refrigerator. It has a pull out bed on each end similar to model 2619. The 3124 version does have either a dinette or sofa slide.

I find it strange that the armrest abutting the refrigerator wall would be anchored via inside the cabinet where it cannot be accessed unless the refrigerator is removed. Remove the two outside refrigerator grills and look for screws that may be anchoring the armrest. If they are there, hopefully they are accessible. Have you tried contacting the factory? They may be able to walk you through the removal process. At the very least, they may confirm if there are screws anchoring the armrest from within the refrigerator wall.

I have removed my refrigerator and although it is a bit tricky, it can be safely done. I can provide a set of directions if you see that as a last resort.
