Depends, of course, on how complete you want the PDI to be.
A complete PDI requires raising the camper off the wheels, one at a time, so you can rotate them and listen for brake or bearing problems. At the same time, you can activate the breakaway switch and confirm that the wheels are locked. A small bottle jack positioned under the frame (not the axle!!) near the wheel makes this easy. Use chocks if the ground is sloped.
A gallon of water in the fresh water tank will make sure the water pump works. Same for the toilet.
