There has been much discussion on this topic on this board. In one of the other threads is a DONOT e-mail from Goodyear in reference to their load chart. You might want to search that one out. We had the 15" D load range Marathons. Always ran them at 65psi per goodyear and TM. At exactly 4 years and 1 week old we peeled a tread in NM. We went to E load range @ 80 psi per wmtire and the tire maker. Tread after two years shows sleight over inflation wear. When we put the tires on the trailer it weighed 3680 on the axle with the wdh connected. We don't see bounce except bad railroad crossings and pot holes if I don't miss them. We run mostly back road two lane highways and US highways.
