The four drain valves are:
Fresh water tank
Kitchen sink
bathroom
Hot water tank
To drain you need to open the faucets and then open the valves. I open mine every time I leave and let them drain. I don't travel with water in the tank unless I'm going somewhere local or I know I'm going somewhere that doesn't have fresh water.
Don't forget to close the valves and trun the faucets off when when filling the fresh water tank or hooking up to a water supply.
