I have a 2008 3023 and have camped many times with it. I love most everything about it. I share the same thoughts about the toilet as others, but there are many more pros that make up for it. Regrettably I am selling my 3023 to upgrade to a larger trailer. Trailmanor really hit the mark with the trailers, especially the low profile with hard-sided security. I had two pop-ups prior and this is a huge improvement over canvas sides. The 3023 is large, but I am still able to set it up myself.
