The picture that Kidkraz posted helps a lot, I think. There are two hinges, one to the left of the toilet and one to the right of the tub. I'm thinking that it was one of these that pulled out. Yes?

Just to the left of the toilet is that white support bracket. So assuming you have this bracket, that should not be an issue.

I have not had the bathroom wall hinge fail, but I have overloaded the hinge that swings the wardrobe up and down. It is the same brown plastic hinge, I think, and in my case, the screw heads/rivet heads pulled through the plastic, which is kind of soft. My solution was to double the number of screws through the hinge leaf, and use a washer, as large as would fit, under each screw head. No problem since, even though we pack the wardrobe quote heavy on long trips.
