Rwilky63, in looking at your pics. I see a support that's attached to the back bedside wall. Is that the second support point for the folding wall?
On my 2619, the folded wall is supported with the hinge, but also a bracket thats attached to the sink cabinet. I believe your hinge is carrying too much of the wall weight.
You can see in my attached picture, the forward support. This kind of balances the folded wall weight between the hinge and sink bracket.
Can you step back and post a picture of the whole bathroom? I'm curious what your model TM bathroom looks like.
