Default Be aware - wasps !!

Sadly we were not able to go camping this summer. Due to the virus, the music festivals that we camp at were cancelled. So our trailer stayed folded down and in its shed for a year.
We noticed flying insects around it last month. Unfortunately, they decided to camp out in it.
We pulled the trailer out last week and opened it.
Our visitors were wasps. They had made a very large nest on part of the inside ceiling and air conditioner.
We sprayed the nest and also read that wasps mostly die during cold weather.
Over the next 2 days we knocked the nest down (with long handled brooms) and ran away when we saw flying wasps (we’d read they get angry!)
Luckily the nest is made out of a paper-like substance and came off easily. I then cleaned off the roof and ceiling. Then we folded down the trailer and put it back into its shed.
Unfortunately, the surviving wasps were happy to see their home return and tried to get back inside. Luckily we had anticipated that possibility and stuffed the crack with a towel. That got sprayed also. Once it is cooler, we’ll put something more sturdy in there.
We read that wasps don’t usually use the same nest next year.
So, no mice in the TM this year but wasps instead - I can't decide which is better !
