I couldn't get the slide to lift up, it was very heavy even with the couch seat section and back removed, so I let the slide out all the way and lifted the rubber air seal at the front edge of the slide and sprayed everything I could see that I thought might be a part of something that moved. Then I crawled under the TM on the outside and did the same thing from that vantage point. Then sprayed the inside aluminum floor/wall tracks on both sides, and no more squeaks!

I used the WD-40 Specialist Dirt & Dust Resistant Dry Lube PTFE Spray that was mentioned a few posts back in this same thread.
