Make sure when you pull out the front slider -- either lounge (SL) or dinette (SD) that the locking pins inside can be engaged into the holes in the "brackets". It is not always easy to get both aligned so they engage, at least on mine, but we always get it within a couple minutes. I guess making sure the brackets are there is another very subtle thing, especially if you find a TM at a non-TM dealer.
